Another great adventure game on the AMiga, much like the Lucasarts games and SCUMM Engine this one has commands at the lower of the screen.
Great game that is equally as much fun today as it was when released.
If you join GOG you get this game for free on the PC (DOS version)...[leave a comment]
Sequel to the amazing first game, equally as funny with a crazy ending. All 11 discs (thankfully I have a second drive for my Amigas). I was lucky getting this when I did, it had just been listed on eBay for a mere £10 with around £3 postage so snapped it up, the auctions for it were going as high...[continue]
There was an 80s kids show called Knightmare where 3 players guided a 4th through a computer generated dungeon, it was great stuff.
The 8 Bit version of this game is an average at best screen by screen slow arcade adventure, it captured the essence of the TV show but not the best.
So on Amiga ...[continue]
This is one weird game, you have to collect stuff, offer it to elders and become a knight with a crystal steed. Essentially it is a load of mini games, best being the cave section.
Looks and sounds nice and it is complete with poetry book and audio tape which complement the game nicely.
This is the Hit Squad budget re release version of an excellent arcade conversion, granted there is no twist control to aim gun but they managed to get it just right. Great visuals and sound with excellent level design....[leave a comment]
This is the action game released alongside the excellent adventure, the 8 Bit machines (C64, Amstrad & Spectrum) got just this version.
This game got average reviews down to enemies never actually going away, you KO them and a few seconds later you have to have got past them.
In all fairne...[continue]
Great conversion of Tengens fun B-Movie esque arcade game.
Granted it doesn't have the twist torso control but it works, really goodin 2 player mode.
I literally bought this version as I love the cover artwork even though I have it on numerous systems and compilations....[leave a comment]
This is an amazing game with one of the best title tunes I have ever heard on the Amiga.
The game itself is kind of similar to the old Spectrum, C64 & Amstrad game The Great Escape which was an isometric game.
As you can see this is complete with book & map...[leave a comment]
Pretty good golf game done by the people that done Sensible Soccer.
This isn't quite as technical as the Leaderboard games and it quite bright and colorful in comparison. One of those games you play when you fancy something a bit different to play....[leave a comment]
This is a fun platform game, the spot in the title is supposed to be the red dot from the 7Up logo if my mind serves me right.
Either way, decent game with great music and excellent visuals...[leave a comment]
