How to Upload a my collection post

1. Click the "add to my cmy collectionolexions" button at the top of your home page or colexions page


2. Click UPLOAD A PHOTO od USE CAMERA to add the mandatory, primary photo for this post


3. (optional) Add additional photos if you want to


4. Add a name and description/copy to your post


5. (optional) Add a related YouTUbe video or web page link to this post


7. Post




EDIT a my collection post

1. Click and open the my collection post you want to edit


2. Click the 3 dots on your my collection post post


3. Click EDIT in the menu that pops up


4. Use the form that opens to make changes to your post


5. Click UPDATE POST to submit your changes


DELETE a my collection Post

  1. Click the three dots on your post (from your colexion, open the post first)

  2. Select DELETE in the menu that opens up

  3. click YES when asked if you are sure that you want to delete the post

MANAGE/CHANGE a post's Photos

  1. Click the three dots on your post (from your colexion, open the post first)

  2. Select PHOTOS from the menu that opens up

  3. Use the top part of the page to change the headline photo of your post

  4. Use the options on the bottom of the page to add, delete or restore additional photos to your post




ADD an Update post

  1. Click the SHARE form at the top of the community page

  2. Select POST from the menu that opens up

  3. Use the form that opens up to share an update post with the colexions community

EDIT an Update Post

  1. Click the three dots on your community post

  2. Select EDIT in the menu that opens up

  3. Use the form that opens up to make edits to your posts

  4. Click the UPDATE button at the bottom of the form to comit your edits

DELETE an Update Post

  1. Click the three dots on your community post

  2. Select DELETE in the menu that opens up

  3. click YES when asked if you are sure that you want to delete the post




Accesing Your Database

  1. Click MY my collection from the top of colexions.com while being logged in to go to your colexion

  2. Click MANAGE MY DATABASE from the Manage/Share Collectibles form on your page

Add art to Your Database

NOTICE: This is how you add your art to your database without uploading a picture


  1. Click MY my collection from the top of colexions.com while being logged in to go to your my collection

  2. Click MANAGE MY DATABASE from the Manage/Share Collectibles form on your page

  3. Select ADD TO MY DATABASE

  4. Add up to 10 works of art by name, category and description

  5. Click the ADD TO MY DATABASE button

Edit a Art in Your Database

  1. Click MY my collection from the top of colexions.com while being logged in to go to your my collection

  2. Click MANAGE MY DATABASE from the Manage/Share Collectibles form on your page

  3. Locate the collectible in your database

  4. click the three dots to the left of the artwork

  5. Select EDIT in the menu that opens up

  6. Use the form that opens up to make edits to your art

  7. Click UPDATE POST to commit your edits




Create a New Category

NOTICE: You can also create a new category when you are uploading/adding to your my collection


  1. Click MY my collections from the top of colexions.com while being logged in

  2. Click CATEGORIES on your my collection

  3. Type the category name and description at the top of the form that opens up

  4. Click CREATE to create your new category

Rename a Category

  1. Click MY my collection from the top of colexions.com while being logged in to go to your colexion

  2. Click CATEGORIES on your my collection

  3. Locate the category that you want to rename

  4. Click RENAME next to the category

  5. Type your new name for the category

  6. Click UPDATE NAME

Delete a Category

NOTICE: If you delete a category, all the art in that category will also be deleted.


  1. Click MY my collection from the top of colexions.com while being logged in to go to your colexion

  2. Click CATEGORIES on your my collection

  3. Locate the category that you want to rename

  4. Click DELETE next to the category

  5. Click YES when asked ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DELETE THIS CATEGORY
